Happy Doll's Festival!
March 3rd is Hinamatsuri (Doll's Festival) in Japan. This day is for praying for young girl's growth and happiness. Japan also has a Boy's Festival, which is really the official Children's Day or Kodomo-no-hi. There is a song "Ureshii Hinamatsuri (Happy Hinamatsuri)" for this holiday. Click here to hear it. Should Libraries be Allowed to Host music? Why not!
The Shifted Librarian has an interesting point about the entertainment industry's (the music one specfically) rants about copyrights.

Furthermore, I'm happy to have stumbled upon Matt Goyer's rants (one, two and three) about this. I agree the porn industry figured out first above everyone else how to make money off of content. We don't hear them continually berating their customers calling them thieves and spending millions on useless software encryption formats (at least not lately). What a bunch of jerks these music pinheads are! Maybe the porn industry should start a marketing campaign to rub their success in their face. Got Porn?
