Hi! Back from nature. Had a great trip...you can't believe how well the kids traveled and the beautiful sights we saw. San Diego / Phoenix / Sedona / Grand Canyon South Rim / Grand Canyon North Rim / Bryce Canyon / Zion / Las Vegas / San Diego : 14 days. We logged about 1900 miles on the VW Campervan and with the exception of the continually spotty fridge (we had a cooler for backup), it performed flawlessly.
Can't exactly figure out where to put pictures for friends to view...was thinking about Webshots since I have an account there. We'll post something here when they are ready. In the meantime...
My view from the breakfast table in Zion National Park (actually in Springdale, Utah, right outside the park). The Switchback restaurant was right next to our Best Western and provided a couple of excellent meals to go along with the totally killer views. Zion was spectacular and one of the must-return places on the trip.
