Also thinking about wireless webcams this evening...again...
Wow, not as cheap or easily wireless as I thought. This article looked promising when it hit my situation on the head early...

I do have a nice, wide, view (and it's saved me many a day recently) but I thought I'd find an easy solution exactly like the one mentioned in the above article (and in every popup ad on the Inet). But it's only for TV / VCR, not web. Logitech Quickcam Cordless looks promising feature and price-wise ($199, just have to find it somewhere, it's not WiFi wireless, but just talks to a USB plugged in receiver like Logitech cordless trackballs). D-Link DCS-1000W uses true WiFi to talk to the network and seems to do a lot more things for it's $449 pricetag. I might have to go cheap first and see what comes of it.
