This is a repost from yesterday, I'm testing to see how Blogger handles it. Steve Jobs And The Oh-So-Cool iMac [Slashdot] 9 times out of 10, I feel like Slashdot misses the point entirely.  However, this time, I agree with them completely.  The only thing they missed was Apple's role as a trend-setter, and how the PC industry is ultimately guided by their example.
