CNN.com - 'N Sync's Bass raising funds for space vacation - February 21, 2002 'N Sync's Lance Bass wants to be the first boy-toy in space, so he's raising $25 million in licensing deals to cover the flight on the Russian shuttle. Los Angeles-based Destiny Productions has been talking to Russian space officials for almost a year in a bid to arrange a space-based reality television show. Krieff said the idea of sending Bass into space grew out of those talks, and would be a simpler and less expensive option to arrange. At least he won't be in Episode 2. comment  10:02:30 AM
