I'm preparing the next version of bibdesk for release this week. I can't decide whether to bump it by a whole version number or not.

Here's a short list of what's new:
Error reporting and editing.
Type-ahead selection for author names in the publications table
New option to View publications in an outline, organized by author.
Revamped preferences
The custom citations drawer (see earlier post)
Save-As RSS format for publishing publications lists (I dicussed this earlier - more is coming on this front.
The table can now display any field you want it to. Just use the contextual menu (control-click)
General GUI tweaks: more windows remember their position, also lots of things remember their state across runs of the app.
A few more things I can't remember right now, too...
