Welcome to my fourth run at starting this weblog. It is now called 101-365. This is both my user number and a play on numbers - highway 101 and 365 days a year. Or 365 miles, which is how far my job is from the coast.
But I do spend a lot of time on 'the highway', chasing and creating beauty. This journal will follow my explorations along California's southern coast. My boundries for southern California reach from San Diego, north to Oceanside and no further inland than a couple of miles. However, sometimes the boundries are extended - to LA, Phoenix, Las Vegas or even north of San Francisco.
