 Hello, My name is Chris Heilman, I'm a Zonie, and this is my weblog, 101-365. The name means a lot of stuff: the Pacific Coast Highway and the number of days in a year; I'm at the basic level all the time; and its my Radio user number. This weblog's objective is to explore the interplay between the ephemeral quality we call Beauty, and Truth. Dyadic opposition comes up here often: art / science, painting / photography, optics / oenology. You get the idea:
Sometimes I write about other things. Politics, computers, media and my love life all have their place, and if they relate to the topic of this weblog, they're in it. But I will resist the temptation to write about addictions, asian conflicts, lesbian journalists or XXX just because they are hot topics on other weblogs. Topics here must relate to Truth (in its various guises) and Beauty (which cannot be disguised.)
