Flutterby! points out that "Bill Kearney has said that he's going to be able to use geographical information in Syndic8," then shows you the HTML he added to the <head> section of his weblog to send that geographical information.
Be careful, his HTML looks like it has an extra double-qoute toward at the end of each line. For Radio, presumably you would just add this to the Main template.
<meta name="geo.country" content="USA">
<meta name="geo.placename" content="Berkeley, California">
<meta name="geo.position" content="37.867;-122.267">
The Getty Thesaurus of Geographical Names will probably find your coordinates.

What are the implications of even Peta-hertz processors, or Exabyte hard drives? Will we last long enough to see it, and will it help us to stop destroying ourselves?
That only shows the weblog entries, in order first posted. This includes new entries and changes in the whole wiki, including weblog entries:
These use the AbbeNormal:JavaScriptRssViewer. There's also a built-in Radio verb xml.rss.view.RssBox (see Radio discussion or docs).
This uses radio.macros.viewFavoriteWeblogs to show recently-changed weblogs in my 'favorites' list:
