The Myth of the Value Free Internet

I thought this was a joke when I first came to this site, but it turns out to be a well argued case for the leaving the seminal Slashdot 'News for Nerds' discussion site unvisited.
A Perfect Storm
Thomas Freidman, N.Y.Times correspondent and author of the excellent book The Lexus and the Olive Tree: Understanding Globalization, is deeply concerned that Bush's administration is so blindly wedded to its radical Republican positions, that it will plough on with its agenda without be able to take in feedback on what's actually going on out there in the world.
