Court Reverses Microsoft Break-up This ruling, claimed by both sides as a victory, overrules the break-up order on Microsoft, and sends the case back to a lower court for further review. The court also decided that Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson was way out of line in making derogatory remarks about Microsoft to the press while the trial was in progress, and removed him from further involvement in the case. 4:03:57 PM
