Slate strongly argues that the appeals court has handed victory to the monopolist, and is amazed at the ferocity of the language censoring Jackson.

Coincidentally, Good Grip is also the name of the salsa/drum 'n' base CD released a short while ago by my brother's band, Sidestepper. Fabulous reviews, which I'll find and post soonest.
