Once a Monopolist...

Microsoft again pushing and breaking through the absolute boundaries of acceptable behaviour. This time they're not only screwing with the digital imaging minnows, like Kodak, who have the temerity to offer their own software, but are set to charge a per photo fee to processing companies on the net, for the privilege of servicing users of the Windows XP operating system.
