Il n'y aura pas de Système, de Raison... seulement des rationalités, dialectiques et historiques. Mais tous ne sont pas nécessairement motivés à prendre part dans cette expression du Sens; beaucoup se satisfont de voguer sur les flots du monde vécu... laissant à d'autres les questions d'orientation. La parole peut-elle être prise par tous ?

Oui, si par le "tous" on entend les détenteurs d'une position dans le système, les membres d'un réseau professionnel 'x' ou 'y' : qu'on le veuille ou non, il y a un sens implicite à la place occupée par l'acteur. Pas de silence possible.
