SCO Fails to Produce Evidence [Slashdot]
SCO is actually claiming that they need the latest source of AIX in order to investigate Linux infringement by IBM... Why? because SCO engineers are, and I quote,"almost positive" there was copyright infringement. So lets take it to literature. You have three books A, B, C. The author of A thinks the author of C copied some of his work, but he needs to read B to prove it (and he asks for it after suing)... weird, right?
