Football: Copa America finale. Latest team news as South America's bitter rivals prepare for the Copa final in Lima. [BBC News | News Front Page | UK Edition] Brazil wins 4-2 on a penalty shoot-out, again! I hate penalities. Yesterday Julio told me the greatest idea I've heard to solve this. In the case of a tie in normal time, the lowest ranked team wins. This would force the big teams to play aggressively, while allowing lesser teams to continue with a defensive game. It could make Greece World Champions! The neat thing is that the more a small team wins the more it must think of changing tactic as it ranks gets better and better. It's a neat solution, hence, it won't be adopted!
