The Williams team did in pits, in hiding, what Ferrari did in Austria. Ralf Schumacher made a "mysterious" third stop to allow Montoya to arrive second. The Williams team prefers Montoya because he is more comercial (with ties in the US and latin america), and they are willing to sacrifice a pilot that has had better results. Hypocrats!
