More nonsense. The FIA and the race organizers are trying to protect themselves from the obvious accusation: Why did Alonso crash? Now, they are talking about penalizing Alonso and Schumacher. After all, they both crashed under double yellow flags... Yes, they obviously wanted to crash risking their life, you only have to see how much they gained by it. This is the real reason why Raikkonnen was declared winner of the Brazilian GP, despite all evidence to the contrary they wanted to say the race was stopped before Alonso's crash. It wasn't... If anyone should be penalized is race officials for being so incompetent and refusing to admit to their mistakes. Instead we'll get this. In politics it is called cover-up.
