Myware and Spyware. [Slashdot] collect and market your own browsing data -- this is a radically good idea for reasons other or in addtion to personal marketing. With a complete browser data history there are some real values to the owner. With all that data it becomes possible to "know thyself" better and make more reasonable predictions. It becomes possible to metatag information retrospectivley and effortlessly like a personal folksonomy and then the extended memory capacity can be used to augment your normal browsing. Selling your data to HCI investigators might be lucrative if you are especially cabable or already a public personality. (Ever wonder what the stars do online?). The potential for building "dream teams" based on browser usage data offers interesting potentials for synergy due to shared styles as well as educational potential in appreticing with a master in the field. -- BL
