It might be a good idea to have something really interesting on this site for a change. So it is my great pleasure to present to you TinyScheme. This is a Scheme interpreter that a colleague of mine has developed. You can download and use it if you are interested in that sort of thing. Any bug reports are welcomed

Does anybody have a rough estimate of how many companies worldwide (or at least in the Europe and US) use SOAP and (or) XML-RPC? There is a lot of hype around these technologies but so far I cant find any information on how widespread they really are. The company I'm currently working is beginning to experiment with both and it would be interesting to know whats going on. So far there must be 5-6 in Greece working with SOAP and XML-RPC (this is a rather optimistic guess).
