Canon launch beginner SLR site
Canon has today launched a new educational website called 'Enjoy! Digital SLR Cameras'. Split into five sections it contains a large range of tutorials covering everything from the familiarising yourself with the camera to selecting the right exposure, how to frame subjects more creatively and even printing. While the site is clearly aimed at users of Canon digital SLR's much of the material applies equally to all SLR users.

Canadian Satellite Radio plans massive investment
Company says it is preparing to invest $100-million in Canadian programming and infrastructure

5.1 surround sound radio technology
If you're like me, you either have a surround sound system with five speakers and a subwoofer, or you have nice head unit in your vehicle with a gaggle of speakers. Do you actually get to use them for their intended purpose with digital radio? Probably not, but that's likely to change in the near future.
A Kirkland, Washington, Neural Audio, has developed a piggyback-signal technology that provides full 5.1 surround sound for digital audio. Current Neural Audio customers include XM Satellite, Infinity Broadcasting, NBC, ABC and Fox.
