"What song was that?" to be built in
Netia has added a new tool to its Radio-Assist automation system to provide a mobile service to send or integrate SMS messages into the radio station's daily activities. With it, stations can directly receive messages from listeners in the system interface.
The SMS service can also inform listeners about songs, performers or titles being broadcast automatically. Listeners can request the information and receive it on their cell phones. Listeners send an SMS message to the station, indicating the date and time when the desired track was broadcast.
