No shortage of ideas for reforming health care. CBC Mar 5 2002 1:12PM ET [Moreover - moreover...]After a visit to the doctor or the hospital the patient gets a copy of a the bill explaining what their visit cost Canadian taxpayers. The bill is paid by medicare, but everyone has a much better idea of what these services are worth. Just don't mess with the principal of a universal health care system. It's not negotiable from this Canuck's point of view.
