I remastered a CD of Zara Nelsova for release on CBC Records a couple of years ago. She played a Strad and had a monster low end that really comes across on this disc. This is Nelsova at the peak of her considerable powers. The CD is called Zara Nelsova ' ... queen of cellists'.
