VANCOUVER -- There's something different happening on CBC Radio One this week. It might sound ''foreign,'' but it's actually ''indigenous.''If you tune into Richardson's Roundup this afternoon, you will hear a young hip-hop collective from Vancouver, rapping about native reserves. Or perhaps you heard the world's largest steer mooing across the airwaves during Sounds Like Canada yesterday. We hope you weren't too alarmed. That was merely Big Bob, an unfortunate barnyard casualty Gracie Heavy Hand, Jasper Friendly Bear and Tom King picked up on the way to the Vancouver International Writers and Readers Festival, where the hosts of Canada's favourite aboriginal comedy hour recorded this week's special episode of The Dead Dog Cafe in front of a live theatre audience.  FULL STORY [The Globe and Mail: Arts]
