CBC News: Storm cancels Toronto flights for second day ' The airport had used its entire 700,000-litre supply of glycol, usually enough for 30 days during the winter. Three truckloads of the de-icing fluide arrived Saturday and the airport is waiting for more.
Thousands of passengers have been stranded by a storm that dumped freezing rain on southern Ontario. More than 400 flights have been cancelled since midday Friday.'The train back from Montreal is usually very quiet on Sat evening but tonight is was packed. I sat with a fellow who'd been trying to get back to Winnipeg. The earliest flight he could get was Tues morning. He was taking the train to TO, a bus to the airpot, a rental car to Hamilton and flying home from there!
