People who run to their doctor "with snotty noses" every time they get a cold are the real problem in the health care system and not a lack of money according to a family doctor and former New Brunswick health minister. F U L L S T O R Y

I've long thought that, for a reality check, people should get a notice detailing what their trip to the doctor or hospital has cost the health care system.
