Two paintings by Canadian artist Alex Colville were damaged by unknown vandals while on display at a Saskatchewan art gallery earlier this month.

Corkage fees in those provinces range as high as $25 per bottle.
Restaurant associations have said the service appeals mostly to wine connoisseurs who want to drink a favourite vintage from their collection with their meal.”
Strange. I don't recall ever paying a corkage fee in Montreal. But then of course I was a student . . . and the service appealed to those of us who wanted to save money!
