Report: CBC to Get Major Funding Boost < 10:31:57 PM>.


Canadian Press is reporting that the CBC will get a multimillion-dollar boost when the federal budget is tabled Wednesday.
The extra cash will be enough to restore local television programs, notably regional newscasts.
