PQ Leader Landry quits politics after 76.2 per cent score in leadership vote (Canadian Press) < 12:09:37 AM>.
Canadian Press - QUEBEC (CP) - Bernard Landry's shocking resignation as leader of the Parti Quebecois on Saturday promises to realign Canada's political landscape, creating a vacuum that could quickly be filled by Gilles Duceppe's triumphant return to Quebec.

Big news. Landry is stepping down at a moment when the PQ are high in the polls. It could be a disaster for them. But if Duceppe rides into town it could be brilliant for them.
