BREAKING NEWS: Canada To Announce Satellite Radio Decision Monday < 2:56:05 AM>.

A well-placed source tells iloveradio.org that the CRTC, Canada's broadcast regulator, will announce Monday whether or not XM Radio and/or Sirius Satellite Radio (partnered with CBC Radio) will be licenced in Canada.
      All best guesses are that both applications will be approved with some conditions for slightly more Canadian content than originally proposed, but we'll see on Monday.
