Expect the construction, store stocking and employee training to be finished around May 6th for the Eaton Centre (Toronto) retail store grand opening. [Via ifoAppleStore] Toronto Wins Bid for Third Apple Store  < 2:12:15 AM>.The demographics must be overwhelming, since Toronto will receive its third retail store later this year at the Sherway Gardens mall on the city’s west side. The store will be about 10 miles equidistant fromt the existing Yorkdale and future Eaton Centre stores, and is a half-mile from Lake Ontario. The mall is operated by Cadillac-Fairview, the same company who has Le Carrefour Leval, the future home to a Montreal Apple store, and the Pacific Centre in Vancouver, a much-speculated location for a future store.
