The members of this class have almost completely changed. Sachiko, Saeko and Etsuko are the only ones left from last semester's class. The new students are really fun, so I think we will continue to have a good time.
The homework for next week is to pick a TV commercial and say why you like or don't like it. Also pick out what you think the key words are. Part two of the homework is to do number 1 on page 55.

We will have a larger class this time. Mami joined us at the end of last semester and Yum, a student who used to study at JOY before, will be coming next week.
We talked about famous people and not many people knew about either Jean Paul Getty or Martha Stewart. I was surprised that people didn't know about Martha Stewart because she has been in the news a lot lately in the States because of a stock scandal.
