Yoko was gone this evening because she had an End of Year Party. Mika was absent last week because she went to Korea with her husband. It sounds like she had a good time, but she forgot to send an English postcard.
People did the homework and did a good job using too and either. We moved from from can and can't to likeand don't like. The homework for next week is to write sentences using the information from your partner and do exercise one on page 69.
Morning
Hiromi and Ryoko were still gone and so were some of the other students with small children. Hopefully, everyone can make it next. I looking forward to getting the postcards from Hiromi and Ryoko.
People came up with some great questions for the quiz today. Midori even went out and bought a book to help here come up with questions. Kumi went to the library and a got book called something like The Top Ten Things. If you like this type of quiz there a lot of them on the net. For example go this site. The other activity we did was testing your ESP. People didn't have very high ESP skills. It took people a long time to guess the correct animal.
