It was nice to have almost everyone back tonight. Tomo was back and feeling well. She is about 8 months now. Mutsumi was here also even though she had just finished work. She looked a little sleepy. Satoe was here too. She said that last week she forgot that she had class on Wednesday and didn't remember until Thursday night.
We talked about different kinds of weather. If you want to learn more about weather go to weather.com the website for the Weather Channel, a 24-hour weather news service. In Alaska weather forecasts are very important because so many people travel by small plane and boats or do outdoor activities. People always check the weather before they go somewhere.
The homework for next is 3A on page 43.

It was a peaceful weekend for everyone. Keizo made a snow slide so his grandson could go sledding in the garden.
Some good phrases came up in the homework today. For example, can't stand the sight of blood, no sense of direction, and short career. This is one reason I give you homework because doing the work at home gives you time to come up with some better sentences.
The homework for next is to write a resignation letter. Look at the book for examples.

People did a good job with ther even though sentences and came up with some good Yes/No questions. Isamu did the best job guessing. He was able to guess the job card that his partner had after only two or three questions.
Mika is going to Dubai with her cousin on an eight-day trip. People had a lot of questions and I am sure they will have a lot more when she gets back.
