2G

We had a full house tonight and when everyone is here in this class things get a little noisy. Four people from this class won prizes in the the attendance lottery. I think that is the most of any of the classes.

We had fun with the quiz activity. Etsuko and Sachiko were very good at guessing the different jobs.

The homework for next week is to write a resignation letter for the job you are working at now. Use the ones in the book as examples.

3K

Yumi was back today and she was even an hour early. She made a mistake on the starting time, but it gave her a chance to do a little extra studying. She said last week she had a car accident on her way to JOY to pick up her daughter. No one was hurt, but there some damage to the cars.

We talked about weather and in the first exercise people talked about severe types of weather they had been in. Masako mentioned the typhoon that hit Hokkaido that killed over 3000 people. I can't remember what year she said it happened, but a student in last night's class also mentioned it. The high school student he was talking to had never heard of it.

The homework for next week is to do 2Aand 3A on page 43. Make sure to add one more to each category in 2A.
