Yoko was gone tonight. I think this was only the second time for her to miss class since April. The last time she was absent she was on a trip. Noriko had good news again. She won another drawing. This time her prize was a selection of products from Aomori. She should buy a lottery ticket because her luck is so good now.
We continued with giving directions, but this time it was inside Tokachi Plaza. People did really well once they stopped trying to over explain. We then moved to making plans and asking people if they would like to do something. The homework for next week is number 1 on page 72.
Morning
Most people had a good break last week. Many people went to the Ice Festival, but the lines were really long on Sunday. Sayuri didn't have such a good time. She had a car accident last week. She rear-ended a bus. No one was hurt, but Sayuri's car was damaged. The intersections are really icy, so be careful.
