Only three tonight! We kept expecting Momo to coming huffing and puffing up the stairs. We knew that Sachiko was going to be absent, but Etsuko has never missed so many classes in a row. Saeko missed because she was at driving school, she did come later for an 8:30 class.
The is the moving season, so Shizuko has been having a lot of farewell parties. Yoko had her recital last weekend, but she was so nervous she couldn't breathe well. Yasuko went to Abashiri to see the ice floes. She stayed at a hot spring hotel and had a delicious dinner.

Haruko and Mutsumi were both doing make up classes today. They both move around between Step 3 classes, but today was the first time for them to meet.
We started the unit on friendship today. The words in the vocabulary section are very useful, so you should make sure that you understand them. One of the words was kindness and it is often misused. I have often hear: He is a kindness man.
This should be: He is a kind man.
I have to apologize to Kumiko because I forgot to post this week's homework and when she checked the site there was nothing there. The homework for next week is to listen to the CD and do the exercises on page 103 also write about your best friend. If you have time try to watch the movie When Harry Met Sally.
