3E

No one watched the movies I recommended last week. Maybe people will have time during the three-day weekend.

We look at quotes from Henry Adams, Kahil Gibran and others. The quotes were very interesting and really captured the essence of friendship. The homework for next week is to make your own quote or translate a Japanese one.

Yukari mentioned that she would be moving back to Sapporo in April. She plans to continue studying English in Sapporo. I hope she will come back for English Expo someday. We will also be losing Nobuharu in April because he is going to Sunagawa to go to school. This class will be down to just a few people, but I am sure we will get some new people.

I asked everyone to talk about a nostalgic moment, but Kimiko asked me to talk about one of mine as an example. I talked about my arrival in Japan 20 years ago. The homework for next week is to write down one of your moments and you will share them with a classmate.

You had a chance to meet and talk to Hans and Alison today. It was just a short chat, but if you come to the party you will be able to speak to them a little longer. Kiyomi said her sofa arrived, but it has such a strong clue smell they haven't been able to sit on it.

The homework is to write about a nostalgic moment and you will share them with a classmate. Also do the grammar check on page 94.
