We got to meet Yoshiko tonight. She is co-worker of Mayu and Yoko. We still haven't Yukari yet, but maybe she will be able to make it after Golden Week. We practiced starting a conversation and introducing yourselves. You should also be ready for the next English Only party that JOY has.

Yoshie was a little surprised when she got here this morning and there was no one in class. She came to the office to check and see if there was class today. It was then she discovered that she had come a half hour early. She was a little embarrassed. Kimiko said she ran into Mayumi at the store and she is getting pretty big. The baby is due at the end of May.
Kimiko will be going to the USA during Golden Week to visit her sons. Of course, her homework is to send an English postcard. Hopefully, she will have a chance to use a lot of English. Please add a comment 1:39:19 PM
For Step 5E
Last week in Step 5E the topic of hikikomori came up and people wanted to know how to say it in English. This article from the The Japan Times uses social withdrawl, but I haven't heard of a similar problem in the US. Of course, there are many phobias, but I am not sure if hikikomori would be classified as one. Please add a comment 10:03:54 AM
