We had a lot of fun with the matching game. I think people have a much better feel for the nuance of the words now. Kaoru really understands embarrassed after she laughed and blew half of the cards off the table. The Ensemble gave people a chance to share information about different emotions they have felt.

The homework was to read the article about mediators. We checked people's answers and then looked at some situations. There were some interesting solutions to the problems. People didn't think there were similar people in Japan, so see what you can find. I found this site and this one. Here is a link to arbitration. Do you think it is different than mediation?
