We talked about Bill Gates fortune and watched the CNN video. The article was humorous, but there were some cultural things that most of you probably didn't find very funny.
On the video they mentioned John D. Rockefeller, but people didn't know very much about it him. Follow this link and you will find out a lot more and this link if you want to read another version.

Satoko had to work today, so she will do a make up class later. Akiko was wearing a very nice white summer cap and Yosuke got a summer haircut. Mai apologized for being a late this morning. She said she overslept a little.
Early this morning it was really windy and there were some very strong gusts. Hopefully, this Sunday it will be sunny and warm with a gentle breeze for the elementary school sports day.
People brought a lot of good pictures for class and people were very good listening to he description and guessing the person their partner had picked. Junichi wasn't able to guess the one Mai picked even though the picture of the Mona Lisa was one he had brought.
