Yuki and Misako both had tests last week and after they were over they had a good time playing. Yuki went to karaoke for seven hours, but only sang one English song! Next time she needs to sing at least one English song every two hours. Last weekend Yasuko, Masato and Sachie had sports day, so they were very busy. Yukari played park golf for the first time. It seems like she enjoyed it.

Sayuri looked over the article I linked to last week. She said it was a little difficult, but she seemed to understand the main points. The articles that I link to are for your information. It isn't necessary that you understand everything--just glance over them and try to get the main points.
The listening exercise wasn't as difficult as some of them. Most people got the answers after the second listening. The hard one was the conversation about the sunglasses because it was hard to tell that there were two different women talking.
The homework for next week is to use emotion words and the stative verbs related to the senses to make poems.
