At first tonight only Shizuko, Mayumi, and Hideaki were here, but later four other people showed up. The weather was pretty bad, so that was a pretty good excuse not to come.
On Sunday Yukari added another stamp to her ice cream rally card. She now has five, but Hideaki is still in the lead.
We practiced using because at the end of class and people came up with some interesting sentences.

Today's news items ranged from a runaway horse on the highway in Tomakomai, to the opening of the Pacific Music Festival. I mentioned the Elderhostel program at the beginning class and to learn more go here.
We continued with describing objects today and at the end of the class we did one more exercise. It seems people were still have some trouble. The homework for next week is to send me an e-mail saying what you left in the classroom. I will reply with and answer. Please add a comment 12:32:05 PM
