I think everyone had a good time tonight and went home full. We had a lot of very good food. It is too bad that we have rush so much at the end. Maybe next year we can have it on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon and make it a more leisurely event. Let me know what you think. If you want the recipes we have copies at JOY. I did make one mistake in my recipe. In the first section it says 3/4 cups of sugar, but that should only be 1 tablespoon. If you pick up a copy don't forget to make the change otherwise the dessert will be too sweet.
Classes begin again on Monday and those of you who didn't come to cooking will have a chance to meet Tom and Lisa. They are very fun people and I am sure you will enjoy their classes.
