Ikuko had a good time with her daughter during her visit. She made a lot of her favorite dishes. Kimiko, Mika and Takiko all took advantage of the nice weather to be outdoors. Mika went to Shikarbetsu and Nukabira, but the autumn colors were mostly finished. Kimiko went to Arashiyama and walked to the top. She said her legs were sore. Takiko played park golf. This may be one of her last chances. The weather is getting colder and colder. We had to use the heater in the room today.
Next week Kimiko will be absent because is going to Sapporo for a welcome party for a friend who is moving to Hokkaido.
