Yukiyo was here tonight. Remember she is using this class a make up class for the nights she can't attend French. Keiko was also here. She got some new earrings on her trip to Sapporo.
We reviewed telling time and went on to the Duet exercise. It went well, but neither person knew really how to end the conversation. We will practice that again next week.

We were a little surprised today because Takiko came by car. She always comes by bike, so people didn't think she knew how to drive. She was driving her daughter's car.
The homework was to write about a relative or friend. There were some interesting people. Ikuko wrote about her father-in-law and Kimiko about her mother.

My Weekend
My weekend was a full one. How about yours? We ended up having a house full of guests this weekend. Some friends showed up from Hakodate and a friend came from Sapporo. We enjoyed Yatai on Saturday and a barbecue on Sunday. They took off early Monday, so between the little time on Saturday before everyone arrived and Monday after they left I was able to get some yard work done. I didn't get any firewood cut or split.
