We started the unit on dancing and at the end of class I mentioned this article about the benefits of dancing in warding off Alzheimer's disease. We also talked about many kinds of dances, but there are many dance movies that you can watch. I mentioned Urban Cowboy and of course there the classic Fred Astaire or Gene Kelly movies.

My Weekend
Did everyone have a good weekend? I drove over to Nikappu area to pick up a trailer. That area was hit by the typhoon in August and they are still trying to get things cleaned up. The damage was really severe and I am sure they will still be working on it next year.
On Sunday my wife and her friends had a kimuchi making day. I was the gopher. It was go for this and go for that. It was a pot luck so I was able to eat a lot of delicious food. Please add a comment 10:18:39 AM
