Today's Duet was difficult for people, but being able to answer those types of questions about Japan is very important. The homework for next week is to do the Challenge on the bottom of page 94 and do the Language Check on page 95, plus the cards on page 129. Make sure to cut out the cards before class.

We had more people show up than I thought. I figured with the icy roads people that had far to drive wouldn't come. The roads outside of the city are almost ice free. The problem is when you get into the city you have to be careful.
