4A

We talked about movies and the types of movies people would include in a movie festival if they were the organizer. There were historical dramas, horror and documentaries. In our discussion the movies Seabiscut and Spartucus came up. I also mentioned Bowling for Columbine.

The homework for next week is the Grammar in Detail. We will also do the listening activity.

My Weekend

How is everyone's back? The snow on Sunday was very heavy and wet. I didn't have to shovel too much because my snow blower was able to handle it, but the little bit I did have to do tired me out.

Saturday I didn't do too much. In the morning was cleaning and in the afternoon running errands. Saturday night we had dinner at the restaurant on the first floor of the Taiyo building with some friends. They were going to the Retrun of the King, but we were waiting to for my son to finish cram school.

Sunday was Kayano-san's wedding at Lake Shikaribetsu. It was a nice wedding and the bad weather didn't dampen anyone's spirits at all. I was glad that I didn't have to drive. The road conditions weren't very good.
